AMISH LAYERED DINNER

Amish Layered Dinner image

This is a very easy dish, it tastes like meatloaf over scalloped potatoes with very little effort. No need to pre-brown anything, just slice, chop, layer and bake. This serves the 8 of us, but I know my teenaged boys could demolish a whole pan if I let them. I'll try to get a better picture next time I make it.
