1 pound ground beef
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
¼ cup brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles
10 slices American cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain and return to the pan. Mix in the cream of chicken soup until noodles are coated.
  • Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the grease, and stir in the tomato soup, brown sugar, pepper and salt. Spread half of the beef in the bottom of a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Arrange 5 slices of cheese over the beef. Top with half of the noodles, then repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
  • Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is browned and sauce is bubbly.

6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
3 c chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
8 oz velveeta chesse [cut up]
1 pkg egg noodles [dry or cooked]
4 c diced cooked chicken
1 box dry stuffing mix
1/4 tsp celery salt

Steps:

  • 1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir flour in slowly, using a wire whisk, until the butter and flour mixture begins to bubble. Continue cooking and stirring for about two minutes; remove from heat. In a separate pan, heat chicken broth; Stir in salt and celery salt. Once broth is fully heated, add it to the butter and flour mixture, stirring quickly. Return the saucepan to heat; stir over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken [ don't allow it to boil]. Add soups and velveeta cheese, Cook until creamy and smooth.Mix sauce, noddles, and chicken together; pour into greased 9x13 casserole pan and cover stuffing mix. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

8 ounces noodles, cooked
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups chicken broth (canned is ok)
1 cup milk
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth.
  • Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms.
  • Combine chicken, cooked noodles, and prepared sauce.
  • Place in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 35-45 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and top is browned slightly.
