Tips:

  • Choose a head of cauliflower that is compact and heavy for its size, with tightly packed florets. Avoid heads with any signs of bruising or discoloration.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets of uniform size so that they cook evenly. If the florets are too large, they will take longer to cook and may not be as tender.
  • Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper before roasting. This will help to evenly coat the florets and prevent them from drying out.
  • Roast the cauliflower florets at a high temperature (425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celsius) for 20-30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
  • To make the garlic sauce, simply combine roasted garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve the roasted cauliflower with the garlic sauce as a side dish or appetizer.

Conclusion:

This recipe for Ambrosial Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The roasted cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, while the garlic sauce is creamy and tangy. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
