Nutrition Facts : ServingSize 1 Serving

Tips:

  • Choose the right ground meat: A combination of ground beef and ground pork creates a flavorful and juicy meatball. You can also use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs: Panko breadcrumbs absorb less moisture, resulting in a crispier meatball.
  • Add some grated Parmesan cheese to the meatball mixture: Parmesan cheese adds a delicious umami flavor to the meatballs.
  • Don't overmix the meatball mixture: Overmixing can make the meatballs tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a large skillet to cook the meatballs: This will prevent the meatballs from overcrowding and ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Don't crowd the skillet: Cook the meatballs in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the meatballs over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Baste the meatballs with the sauce while they are cooking: This will help to keep them moist and flavorful.
  • Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes: This will allow the flavors to meld and the meatballs to become tender.

Conclusion:

Aloha meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for a party or potluck. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce, teriyaki sauce, or sweet and sour sauce.
