Tips:

  • To achieve the perfect crispy texture, ensure that the shrimp are patted dry before cooking. This will help them sear properly and prevent them from becoming soggy.
  • Use a large skillet or griddle to cook the shrimp in a single layer. This will ensure that they cook evenly and don't steam.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. If you're cooking a large batch of shrimp, cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding and ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the shrimp over medium-high heat. This will help them sear quickly and prevent them from overcooking.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp. Shrimp cook quickly, so be careful not to overcook them. Overcooked shrimp will become tough and rubbery.
  • Make sure the shrimp are cooked through before adding the sauce. The shrimp should be opaque and pink in the center when they are done cooking.
  • Serve the shrimp immediately with the sauce. The shrimp are best enjoyed hot and fresh out of the pan.
