Tips:

  • Select fresh had Infanck fillets: Choose hadčck fillets that are firm to the touch and have a mild, fresh smell. Avoid fillets that are slimy or have a strong fishy odour.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the hadčck fillets into even-sized pieces. This will ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Marčck the hadčck fillets in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. This will help to tenderize the fish and also add flavor.
  • Dredge the hadčck fillets in the almond-parmesan mixture. Make sure that the fillets are completely covered in the mixture.
  • Shallow-fry the hadčck fillets in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy. Be careful not to overcrowding the pan, as this will cause the fillets to steam rather than brown or may remain uncooked.
  • Serve the hadčck fillets immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
