1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 large egg whites

Tips:

  • To make the almond coating stick better, ensure the chicken fingers are dry before dredging them in the flour mixture and egg wash.
  • For a crispier coating, double-coat the chicken fingers by dipping them in the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and then back in the flour mixture.
  • If you don't have almond meal, you can make your own by grinding almonds in a food processor or blender until they are finely chopped.
  • For a healthier version, bake the chicken fingers instead of frying them. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken fingers for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  • Serve the chicken fingers with your favorite dipping sauce, such as honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or ranch dressing.

Conclusion:

These almond-crusted chicken fingers are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for a party or a quick weeknight meal. The almond coating gives the chicken a crispy and flavorful crust, and the chicken is juicy and tender on the inside. Serve the chicken fingers with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
