Tips: Bake Perfectly Gooey Almond Brownie Bread Pudding:

- For a gooey center, use a combination of almond milk and heavy cream. The fat content in the heavy cream helps to create a rich and decadent texture, while the almond milk adds a touch of sweetness and nuttiness. - Don't overcook the bread pudding. The center should be slightly wobbly when you remove it from the oven. If you overcook it, the bread pudding will be dry and crumbly. - Let the bread pudding cool slightly before serving. This will help it to set and make it easier to cut into slices. - Serve the bread pudding warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. - For a more intense almond flavor, use almond extract instead of vanilla extract. - Add a cup of chopped nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans, to the bread pudding batter for a crunchy texture. - If you don't have day-old bread cubes, you can make your own by cutting fresh bread into 1-inch cubes and toasting them in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. - For a gluten-free version of this recipe, use gluten-free bread cubes.
