Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality cashews. This will ensure that your brittle has a delicious, nutty flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the microwave. If you're using a microwave that is too small, the cashews will not cook evenly.
  • Be careful not to overcook the cashews. Otherwise, they will become tough and chewy.
  • Let the brittle cool completely before breaking it into pieces. This will help to prevent it from crumbling.
  • Store the brittle in an airtight container at room temperature. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.

Allis' Microwave Cashew Brittle is a quick and easy recipe that makes a delicious and crunchy snack. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make this brittle in your microwave in just a few minutes. So next time you're looking for a sweet and salty treat, give this recipe a try!
