ALL-PURPOSE RUB FOR MEAT
This is a tastier alternative to marinating meat. A rub gives a fuller flavor to any meat. This rub can be used for just about any meat (I personally favor it on chicken!). This recipe makes enough for about four servings of meat.

ALL-AMERICAN CLASSIC MEAT LOAF
This meatloaf has ground meat from two cuts of beef -- sirloin for its beefy flavor, and chuck for moistness and tender texture. Tip: When shaping meatloaf in the pan, use a light touch. Packing it tightly will make the loaf dense and tough. For even browning and to prevent drippings from pooling on the top of the meatloaf, use your fingers to round the top while pushing the sides away from the edges of the pan.

Tips:
- Choose high-quality meat: The quality of the meat you use will have a big impact on the final dish. Look for meat that is fresh, well-marbled, and free of any signs of spoilage.
- Use a variety of cooking methods: Don't be afraid to experiment with different cooking methods to achieve different results. Grilling, roasting, braising, and stewing are all great ways to cook meat.
- Season your meat well: A good seasoning rub or marinade will help to enhance the flavor of the meat. Be sure to use a variety of spices and herbs to create a complex flavor profile.
- Cook the meat to the proper temperature: Using a meat thermometer to ensure that the meat is cooked to the proper temperature is important. This will help to prevent the meat from becoming overcooked or undercooked.
- Let the meat rest before serving: After cooking, let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
