Try this tasty one-pan dish for an easy low-mess breakfast or brunch. This recipe also works well with bacon or sausage instead of ham. I sometimes saute chopped peppers and onions until tender and whisk them in with the eggs for added flavor and color. -Andrea Bolden, Unionville, Tennessee

Great for when you have a crowd for breakfast. Very hardy and filling, big boys and little boys just love it! I usually do all the prep work the night before so very little effort is needed in the morning. We like to serve it with hot French bread.

Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 good-quality pork chipolatas
4 rashers smoked back bacon
140g button mushroom
6 eggs, beaten
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
handful grated cheese (optional)

Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients in advance: Dicing, slicing, and measuring your ingredients before you start cooking will save you time and make the cooking process more efficient.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your breakfast will taste. Whenever possible, choose organic, locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the food will not cook evenly and will be more likely to stick. Cook your food in batches if necessary.
  • Use a non-stick pan: A non-stick pan will help to prevent your food from sticking and make it easier to clean up.
  • Season your food well: Don't be afraid to season your food generously. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder are all great basic seasonings that will enhance the flavor of your breakfast.
  • Don't overcook your food: Overcooked food is tough and dry. Cook your food until it is just cooked through, then remove it from the pan.

Conclusion:

One-pan breakfasts are a quick, easy, and delicious way to start your day. With a little planning and preparation, you can have a hot, healthy breakfast on the table in no time.
