ALICE'S BAKED CHICKEN BREAST
A dear friend of mine gave me this recipe many years ago. It is my husband's favorite meal and I always think of her when I make this meal. I call it Alice's Baked Chicken in her memory, even though I don't know where she got this wonderful recipe. I always serve this with a tossed salad and bread or rolls.

Tips:
- For a thicker sauce, use less sour cream and more cream cheese.
- If you don't have a meat mallet, you can use a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy saucepan to pound the chicken breasts thin.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken breasts. If you have to cook them in batches, make sure to wipe out the pan between batches.
- Be careful not to overcook the chicken breasts. They should be cooked through but still tender and juicy.
- Serve the chicken breasts immediately with your favorite sides. Some good options include mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
Conclusion:
Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken breasts are tender and juicy, and the sauce is creamy and flavorful. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
