CHICKEN ALFREDO (W/CREAM CHEESE SAUCE)

Chicken Alfredo (W/Cream Cheese Sauce) image

This is a recipe I found a while back and have made a few embellishments on. Caution!!! Very rich!!! I use garden gourmet basil paste in all my recipes requiring basil. This stuff is amazing. If you can't find it sub fresh or dried basil. Just don't overdo it on the dried basil. I am not sure on the cook times yet and will edit that once I find out. The sauce can take some time to turn creamy

  • To make a vegetarian Alfredo sauce, omit the chicken broth and use vegetable broth instead.
  • You can add other ingredients to your Alfredo sauce to taste, such as cooked chicken, shrimp, or vegetables.
  • Serve Alfredo sauce over your favorite pasta, such as fettuccine, spaghetti, or penne.

Conclusion:

Alfredo sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a creamy, flavorful sauce that will elevate any meal.
