- 1. Preheat oven to 300 Cream butter,margerine and cream cheese ... mix until a pretty creamy yellow color
- 2. mix adding sugar ... then mix @ low speed adding one egg at a time
- 3. mix @ low speed adding flour 1 cup at a time,mix just until well blended ... stir in vanilla
- 4. pour into greased and floured Bundt or Angel Food pan -or- 2 maybe 3 loaf pans ... depending on pan size ... if you do use loaf pans adjust baking time.
- 5. Bake @ 300 about 1 hr. 15 mins
