AIR FRYER GARLIC PARMESAN CRUSTED WHITE FISH (KETO)

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Crusted White Fish (KETO) image

What makes this air fryer fish recipe is the smoky spices that are added to the Parmesan crust mixture. We love smoked paprika but you can use a combination of chili powder, chipotle or smoked paprika if you want.To help the cheese stick more, you can dip the fish in beaten egg. The egg will add more calories. Using perforated parchment paper makes cooking fish in the air fryer a dream. If you don't have any, get some. Until then, just make sure to oil the basket or tray well before placing the fish in the air fryer.

Tips:

  • Choose firm, flaky white fish fillets such as cod, haddock, or tilapia.
  • Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels before cooking to ensure a crispy crust.
  • Season the fish fillets generously with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs. You can also add a drizzle of olive oil or melted butter for extra flavor.
  • Preheat your air fryer to the desired temperature before cooking the fish fillets. This will help to ensure that the fish cooks evenly.
  • Cook the fish fillets in the air fryer for the recommended amount of time, flipping them halfway through the cooking process. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish fillets.
  • Once the fish fillets are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help to prevent the fish from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Air fryer white fish is a quick, easy, and healthy way to cook fish. This cooking method results in flaky, tender fish with a crispy outer crust. Air fryer white fish is a great option for a light and healthy meal, and it can be served with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
