Tips:

  • Choose the Right Ravioli: Opt for high-quality frozen ravioli with a thick, durable pasta shell that can withstand the heat and air circulation of the air fryer without breaking apart.
  • Thaw the Ravioli Partially: Before air frying, thaw the ravioli slightly at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. This helps prevent them from sticking together and ensures even cooking.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to the desired temperature before adding the ravioli. This helps create a crispy outer layer and prevents the ravioli from becoming soggy.
  • Use a Single Layer: Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. This allows hot air to circulate evenly, resulting in crispy and evenly cooked ravioli.
  • Flip Halfway Through Cooking: Flip the ravioli halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly on both sides and achieve a golden brown color.
  • Add Seasonings and Herbs: Feel free to experiment with different seasonings and herbs to enhance the flavor of the ravioli. Some popular options include garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, or grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with Dipping Sauce: Serve the air-fried ravioli with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara, Alfredo sauce, or a simple mixture of olive oil and herbs.

Air-frying frozen ravioli is a quick and convenient way to enjoy a crispy, delicious snack or meal.
