AIR FRYER CHICKEN TAQUITOS

Air Fryer Chicken Taquitos image

These taquitos are air fried, which makes them healthier than deep fried ones. Using shredded rotisserie chicken provides a quick prep but you can always use home-cooked chicken. Serve with sides of sour cream, Mexican tomato sauce, and guacamole, or your choice of sides.

Tips:

  • Choose the right taquitos: Not all taquitos are created equal. Look for taquitos that are made with high-quality ingredients and that have a good ratio of filling to shell. You'll also want to make sure that the taquitos are frozen solid before you air fry them.
  • Preheat your air fryer: This will help to ensure that the taquitos cook evenly. Preheat your air fryer to the temperature specified in the recipe.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer: Leave some space between the taquitos so that they can cook evenly. Overcrowding the air fryer will prevent the taquitos from getting crispy.
  • Cook the taquitos in batches: If you have a lot of taquitos to cook, you may need to cook them in batches. This will help to ensure that the taquitos cook evenly.
  • Serve the taquitos with your favorite toppings: Taquitos are delicious on their own, but they can also be served with a variety of toppings, such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.

Conclusion:

Air fryer taquitos are a quick and easy way to enjoy a delicious Mexican meal. By following these tips, you can make sure that your taquitos are cooked perfectly every time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give air fryer taquitos a try. You won't be disappointed!
