1 Kg Rump Roast
1 Tsp Thyme
300 g Potatoes
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tsp Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
300 g Frozen Root Vegetables (optional)
Frozen Yorkshire Puddings (optional)

Steps:

  • Score the rump roast and season well with salt, pepper, and thyme. Place in the air fryer basket.
