3 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt

1 lemon
1 bunch fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°C/356 F.
  • Pat the chicken dry with some paper towel. Then, rub the olive oil over the skin, along with the paprika, salt and pepper. Rub the spices over the entire chicken.
  • Prick the lemon with a fork and place it into the empty chicken cavity, along with the thyme.

1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp garlic granules
1 tsp smoked sweet paprika

1 (5 pound) whole chicken
8 sprigs fresh rosemary, divided
4 sprigs fresh sage
4 sprigs fresh oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
