PEPPERMINT MOCHA CUPCAKES

Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes image

Intense chocolate cupcakes with a hint of peppermint and coffee. I like them frosted with a simple whipped cream (consisting of heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla), but they'd be delicious with a white chocolate or vanilla buttercream as well!

Tips:

  • Use a fork or toothpick to check if your cupcakes are done. Insert it into the center of a cupcake and if it comes out clean, they are ready to be taken out of the air fryer.
  • Be careful not to overfill the cupcake liners. This can cause the batter to spill over the sides and make a mess in your air fryer.
  • If you don't have cupcake liners, you can grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Dusting the tops of the cupcakes with powdered sugar before serving adds a nice finishing touch.
  • These cupcakes can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

With a prep time of 10 minutes and a cook time of 15 minutes, air-fryer mocha cupcakes are a quick and easy treat to make. They are moist and fluffy and have a delicious chocolate flavor.
