2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
RASPBERRY SYRUP:
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, divided
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Ground cinnamon, optional

  • Divide half of the bread cubes between two greased 8-oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with raspberries and cream cheese. Top with remaining bread.
