AIR FRYER EASY QUICHE RECIPE

Air Fryer Easy Quiche Recipe -- This recipe is for an easy quiche recipe. I've used an air fryer to make it, and it's been a lifesaver! It saves me time, energy, and money that I would otherwise spend on cooking in the kitchen.

Time 35m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pie crust (either homemade or pre-made)
6 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 scallion, diced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper.
  • Then fold in the cheese.
  • Add in the diced green onions.
  • In the quiche pan, add the pie crust.
  • Press along the edges and get rid of the excess. This quiche pan works because it's thin.
  • Pour the filling in.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer, set the temperature to 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 minutes. Mine was not done at 12 minutes, so I added another 5 minutes. The exact time will depend on how big the quiche is, how thick your pan is, and what type of air fryer you own. The more miniature quiches will take a shorter time, so keep on checking.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 large eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese ((shredded))
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup frozen chopped spinach ((thawed and drained))

Steps:

  • Add eggs, cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic salt and dried parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk eggs together with other ingredients.
  • Fold in spinach and stir well.
  • Spray oven safe dish or pan that fits in the basket of air fryer with cooking spray.
  • Pour egg mixture into an oven safe dish.
  • Cover and seal dish with aluminum foil and set cooking temperature to 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Pierce foil with a fork to allow steam to escape. (Eggs cook better at a lower temperature.)
  • Check every 5 minutes to ensure it is cooking properly and not over browning. There should be no liquid in the middle when done.
  • Let quiche rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Tips for Making the Best Air Fryer Quiche:

  • Use a quality air fryer. Not all air fryers are created equal. Do your research and choose a model that is well-reviewed and has the features you want.
  • Preheat your air fryer. This will help to ensure that your quiche cooks evenly.
  • Use a quiche pan that fits your air fryer. You don't want the quiche pan to be too big or too small.
  • Don't overcrowd the quiche pan. Leave some space between the ingredients so that they can cook evenly.
  • Cook the quiche until it is set in the center. You can check this by inserting a toothpick into the center of the quiche. If the toothpick comes out clean, the quiche is done.
  • Let the quiche cool slightly before serving. This will help to prevent the quiche from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Air fryer quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make meal. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With a little planning, you can even make it ahead of time and reheat it later. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give air fryer quiche a try. You won't be disappointed!
