Tips:

  • Use fresh chicken tenders: Fresh chicken tenders will give you the best results, both in terms of flavor and texture. If you don't have fresh chicken tenders, you can use frozen chicken tenders, but be sure to thaw them completely before cooking.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket: If you overcrowd the air fryer basket, the chicken tenders will not cook evenly. Cook the chicken tenders in batches if necessary.
  • Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking: This will help to ensure that the chicken tenders cook evenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken tenders: The chicken tenders are done cooking when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the chicken tenders immediately: Coconut chicken tenders are best served immediately, while they are still hot and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce

Conclusion:

Air fryer coconut chicken tenders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for a party or a weeknight meal. With a crispy coconut coating and a tender, juicy interior, these chicken tenders are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
