Tips:

  • For the best results, use raw almonds that have been blanched and sliced. This will help them crisp up nicely in the air fryer.
  • Be sure to toss the almonds with the cinnamon sugar mixture before cooking. This will help the coating stick to the almonds and give them a delicious flavor.
  • Air fry the almonds in a single layer for even cooking. If you overcrowd the air fryer, the almonds will not cook evenly.
  • Keep an eye on the almonds while they are cooking. They can burn quickly, so it is important to shake the air fryer basket every few minutes.
  • Once the almonds are cooked, let them cool slightly before enjoying. They will be hot and crispy when they first come out of the air fryer.

Conclusion:

Air fryer cinnamon almonds are a delicious and healthy snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are easy to make and only require a few simple ingredients. With just a few minutes of prep time, you can have a batch of crispy, cinnamon-sugar almonds that are perfect for snacking, topping yogurt or oatmeal, or adding to salads.
