Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F and lightly grease basket with cooking or avocado spray.
- Meanwhile, pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and then place a shallow bowl.
- Pour the buffalo sauce on top and use kitchen tongs to flip chicken breasts to ensure they are completely coated. Season with salt and pepper and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once the air fryer is heated, evenly space out the chicken breast into the basket, breast side down (the smooth side).
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then with kitchen tongs and cook for another 4 - 6 minutes. I used medium 7-ounce chicken breasts and cooked for a total of 15 minutes. They will be done once the internal temp reaches 165°F and the outside is crisp. DO NOT overcook, it will be dry.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and enjoy with a side of your favorite grain and vegetable.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Toss the tots with the chili powder and cumin in a large mixing bowl until evenly coated. Arrange the seasoned tots on a baking sheet. Bake until golden and crisp, about 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter in the skillet and add the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add the celery, garlic and half of the green onions. Continue to cook, stirring, until the chicken is cooked through, another 2 minutes. Add the hot sauce and allow to simmer and thicken slightly, 1 additional minute.
- When the tots are crisp, remove from the oven and set the oven to broil. Top the tots with half of the cheese. Spoon the chicken over the tots. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the chicken. Place the baking sheet under the broiler and broil until the cheese has melted and begun to brown, about 3 minutes.

Steps:
- Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.
- Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.
