2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup apples, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
