Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for boneless, center-cut pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. Thicker chops will take longer to cook, while thinner chops may dry out.
  • Season the pork chops generously: Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs. This will help to enhance the flavor of the meat.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit before cooking the pork chops. This will help to ensure that the chops cook evenly.
  • Cook the pork chops in batches: If you are cooking a large batch of pork chops, cook them in batches to prevent overcrowding the air fryer. This will help to ensure that the chops cook evenly.
  • Flip the pork chops halfway through cooking: Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking time to ensure that they cook evenly on both sides.
  • Check the internal temperature of the pork chops: Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork chops. The chops are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
