2 chopsticks
4 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed
salt and ground black pepper to taste
½ teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Cut a very thin slice lengthwise from the flattest side of 1 potato. Lay potato on a cutting board, cut-side down so it lays evenly without rolling. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
