Tips:

  • Use fresh cod fillets for the best flavor and texture.
  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels before battering them. This will help the batter adhere to the fish.
  • Use a light and fluffy batter. A heavy batter will make the fish greasy and soggy.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave some space between the cod fillets so that they can cook evenly.
  • Cook the cod fillets until they are golden brown and flaky. The internal temperature should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the cod fillets with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or remoulade.

Conclusion:

Air-fried battered cod is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy fish. It is a great option for a quick and easy meal. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a restaurant-quality meal in minutes. So next time you are looking for a tasty and nutritious meal, give air-fried battered cod a try. You won't be disappointed!
