1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup white wine
1 dash nutmeg

1 lb egg noodles, cooked
4 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken meat
1 lb mushroom, sliced and cooked
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
