200 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup corn flakes, slightly crushed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoons water
walnuts (to decorate)

Steps:

  • BISCUITS-----------.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, sift together flour and cocoa and mix into butter mix, then fold in corn flakes and coconut.
  • Put teaspoonful balls onto lightly greased or baking paper covered trays.
  • Bakes at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Makes about 30 biscuits.

1 1/4 cups White Flour
1/2 cups Cocoa

18 pieces Walnuts to decorate (if desired)

  • Pre- heat oven to 180 degrees
