ROAST OR STEAK MARINADE(THE VERY BEST!!!)
You will never use another after trying this marinade. For steak sauces-use a combo of whatever you have on hand. We usually use worchestershire, Heinz 57 & A-1 but it does not matter. I just grab & pour whatever is handy.

Tips:
- When using a meat tenderizer marinade, it is important to follow the package directions carefully. Over-marinating can toughen the meat.
- Be sure to use a non-reactive container for marinating, such as glass, ceramic, or stainless steel. Reactive containers, such as aluminum or iron, can react with the marinade and alter the flavor of the meat.
- Marinating times can vary depending on the type of meat and the desired level of tenderness. Generally, thinner cuts of meat will require less marinating time than thicker cuts.
- If you are short on time, you can use a quick marinade. Quick marinades typically contain acidic ingredients, such as vinegar or lemon juice, which help to tenderize the meat more quickly.
- Marinades can be used to add flavor and moisture to meat, as well as to tenderize it. Be sure to choose a marinade that complements the flavor of the meat you are using.
Conclusion:
Using a meat tenderizer marinade is a great way to ensure that your meat is tender and flavorful. By following these tips, you can create a marinade that will perfectly complement your favorite cut of meat.
