4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) envelope Shake-n-Bake for pork
Pam cooking spray

Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops. Look for chops that are at least 1 inch thick and have a good amount of marbling. This will help ensure that they stay juicy and flavorful during cooking.
  • Season the pork chops generously. A simple combination of salt, pepper, and garlic powder is a good starting point. You can also add other herbs and spices, such as paprika, cumin, or chili powder.
  • Brown the pork chops well before adding the sauce. This will help to develop flavor and prevent the chops from drying out.
  • Use a good quality bacon. The bacon fat will add flavor and richness to the sauce.
  • Don't crowd the pan when cooking the pork chops. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
  • Cook the pork chops until they are cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making them more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

A1 Bacon Pan-Glazed Pork Chops for Two is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The pork chops are tender and juicy, and the sauce is rich and flavorful. This recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
