2 small onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 lb hamburger - 80/20 mix
1 can(s) tomato paste
1 - 2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp hot pepper, crushed red
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili sauce
2 c water
1 chicken bouillon cube

Steps:

  • 1. Use fry pan saute onions, garlic, and hamburger.
  • 2. Cook together until hamburger is done, drain.
  • 3. Then add tomato paste, chili powder, hot pepper, paprika, chili sauce, water and chicken bouillon cube.
  • 4. Cook for 2 hours. Serve over warm, grilled hot dogs, or french fries,etc...

1 pound ground chuck
1 six ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
heaping 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a 2 quart saucepan, brown the ground chuck, breaking into very small pieces. Salt and pepper lightly while cooking. Do not drain the fat. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes until it thickens. Stir occasionally. Allow to cool, cover, and refrigerate until needed. Before serving, microwave until warm.

4 cups water
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (28 ounces) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Hot dogs, heated
Hot dog buns, split

Steps:

8 frankfurter (5 in long x 3/4 in dia, 10 per pound)s hot dogs
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced, divided
½ cup water
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 (11 ounce) package hot dog buns
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, or to taste

1 medium onion,diced
1 bottle ketchup (16oz.)
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste but not necessary
1 pkg hotdogs
1 pkg hotdog rolls
