2 tablespoons apple cider
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
12 ounces radishes, trimmed and each cut into wedges
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Steps:

  • In a large bowl whisk together the cider, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Taste and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. 1 1/2 cups thin sliced radishes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced onion (thin, You can use red ones)
1 cup sliced cucumber (thin)
2 roma tomatoes, quardered
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon chopped dill (optional)

Steps:

  • Toss sliced radishes with salt; let stand a few minutes. Drain liquid.
  • Transfer radishes to a large bowl adding onions, tomatoes and cucumber slices.
  • Blend together oil, vinegar, garlic and pour over vegetables. ( You can use Italian Dressing instead).
  • Toss to cover . Cover, and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.

1 cup seeded and sliced cucumber
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

Steps:
