1 (8-pound) turkey
Cooking spray
1/2 pound unsalted butter, softened, divided
10 stems cilantro
10 thyme sprigs
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
12 slices Tuscan bread
Mayonnaise

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Put the turkey in a roasting pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
