1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon montreal seasoning
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.
  • Smash garlic cloves to release scent but do not chop. Add garlic, red pepper, and shrimp to oil.
  • Cook, stirring to mix, until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
