Tips:

  • Choose the freshest arugula leaves available, with a vibrant green color and no signs of wilting.
  • Wash the arugula thoroughly in cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  • Dry the arugula leaves thoroughly before using. Excess water can dilute the flavor of the salad.

  • For a more complex flavor, try using a variety of greens in your salad, such as baby spinach, watercress, or radicchio.
  • Add some nuts or seeds to the salad for a crunchy texture, such as walnuts, almonds, or sunflower seeds.
  • For a more flavorful dressing, try using a vinaigrette made with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  • Serve the salad immediately after dressing to prevent the arugula leaves from wilting.
