1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Mix milk, sugar, salt in 2 quart pan. Heat to boil on low heat!
  • Boil and stir for 3 minutes or until 225 degrees.

1 box powdered sugar
7 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 c milk (no more)
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Put powdered sugar and cocoa in microwavable bowl. Make a well in the center. Pour milk in center and place the stick of butter uncut in well. Microwave 3 minutes, remove and add pecans and extract. Pour into a greased plate or pan with at least a 1" side lip. Cool. Cut into the amount of slices you want and serve. Bet they will come back for seconds!
