4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 ounces bacon bits
2-3 green onions (diced)

Steps:

  • Use a slow cooker liner or grease crock.
  • Pour half of cauliflower in an even layer in the crock. Cut cream cheese into strips or cubes and layer half on cauliflower. Sprinkle half of shredded cheese and bacon bits over frozen cauliflower.
  • Repeat by layering cauliflower, cream cheese and then sprinkling shredded cheese and bacon on top.

1 Cup Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1.5 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
2 Eggs (beaten)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • In a mixer, combine sour cream, cream cheese, eggs and poultry seasoning until well mixed.
  • Remove bowl from mixer and stir in chicken and cauliflower, seasoning with salt and pepper.

1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
¼ cup fat-free milk
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until fork-tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and milk together in a bowl. Stir in Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses.
  • Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl.

nonstick cooking spray
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
¼ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (such as Campbell's®)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 scallion, green part only, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Once cool enough to touch, crumble and divide into thirds.
