100 GOOD COOKIES
This recipe came from my mother-in-law, Beth Wilcox. She was not only the BEST mother-in-law ever, but a wonderful cook. I have many of her recipes that I treasure.

Steps:
- 1. Cream sugars, oil, butter, egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar; stir well then add to creamed mixture. Add coconut,oats, nuts, cereal and chips.
- 2. Drop by teaspoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. Makes around 100 cookies, hence the name!
